EDUCATIONAL DATA: Finished his elementary education at the Buhi Elementary School in 1936 with honors; graduated high school from UNC (University of Nueva Caceres) in 1950 as an honored student; obtained the degree of Bachelor of Laws (Ll.B) from the UNC in 1957.
